MISSIONARY MARY PROCTOR While grieving for her beloved grandmother and other close relatives
who died in a house fire in 1995, the Lord told Mary to "paint
the door" and that she did! Through her doors Mary has found
the comfort the Lord had intended for her. She is one of the lovliest
people I've met to date and is truly living to do "God's work"
through her art. Today, Mary's "doors" can bring thousands
of dollars and she is admired and collected all over the world.
Her "paintings" consist of bits and pieces of household
items incorporated into compositions inspired by scripture and memories
of the wonderful grandmother who raised her. They are not all "door
sized" as you see here, for those of you who may not have a huge
space on your wall, or just want something wonderful and affordable.
We're crazy about Mary's inspirational pieces and we know you'll
love her too!
